SWIM WITH DOLPHINS
In the Riviera Maya, a great and exciting adventure is waiting for you: the
Primax Delphinus experience. At the Delphinus facilities, a gorgeous
dolphinarium situated next to the Xcaret theme park, you’ll enjoy a unique
dolphin activity in four salt water pools, from swimming platforms placed in a
semicircle, where you’ll learn about and interact with these incredible
cetaceans.
Immersed in a truly natural environment, observe these magnificent mammals and
enjoy their company. Be bold and pet them. The most popular moment is the foot
push, when they propel you with all their strength and make you glide through
the water. An absolutely fun ride.
You will also be entertained by an amazing dolphin presentation watching them
jump very close to you. The Primax Program allows you to kiss, caress, hug and
swim with the dolphins. Take a dip with them underwater and have a laugh when
they make bubbles just for show. Afterwards they will surprise you with their
famous bar jump and flips.
Our beautiful dolphins have Mayan names and they are supervised by an expert
team of veterinarians, biologists and trainers, providing them an excellent

INCLUDED: This activity includes A/C transportation to and from
Delphinus Dreams Riviera Maya from any hotel in Riviera Maya. At the end, you
will receive a Diploma. Children receive special ones as well. You will be able
to use our facilities such as bathrooms, showers, dressing room, our handicap
facilities, lockers (valid ID necessary), towels and life vest. You will also
receive a pair of goggles as a gift.
This attraction includes a video briefing, the famous foot push as well as
swimming with dolphins. Kiss and hug them. Watch them jump, dive and play with
bubbles. Learn signals and admire their fabulous flips and bar jumps. The
maximum number of people allowed is 6 per group.
NOTE: The minimum age for taking part in this activity is 8.
Children that have paid admission and are under this age must be accompanied by
a paying adult. Maximum 2 children per adult. The minimum height is 3.6 feet.
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to do the foot push
activity but they can participate and enjoy the rest of the program.
RECOMMENDATION: Please use biodegradable sun block to avoid any
damage to the dolphin’s habitat. We also suggest that you bring some extra cash,
in case you want to purchase photos or videos of your participation as well as
souvenirs at the gift shop
